I haven't do my p90x at all...
i did touch it though
on tuesday, i had to do two sets of dvd because i didn't get chance to do it on monday -
so then on wednesday which i was going to do the same thing wrap on tuesday and wednesday because i didn'treally focus on my last dvd- i had my niece came over so i had to exercise and watch her in the same time
ot safe for kid when i have 3 lbs dumbbell in my both hands and some time she just ran from out of nowhere- not cool at all...
anyway so i went to exercise at gym on wednesday, thursday and saturday after i had help volunteering with IMT
so now i know that i will be attend IMT see us run mentor and also run 5 k next year with them - i think start in may
anyway so since i hadn't do anything with p90x at all and this coming thursday i have to have another excuse so i think i might just wait until monday again to start it over
so for now, i just try to set everything up-
im thinking about put the gym in my garage
talked with jd about get tv and dvd put in there
bring all my exercise gears in there so i won't have problem with jumping and it won't interrupt anyone when they are sleeping
i might be able to wake up and do that in the early morning which i hope i will be able to do it so
still i want to do it in the morning so if i will have to babysit my niece i won't have anymore excuse that i cant do or if jd doesn't go to work, i won't have to steal his tv to do my exercise
i think i have tv downstair just have to go check son so i don't have to buy new tv,just dvd and maybe radio
exercise with radio on is the best :)
okay i just have to stop here now and hope things go according to my plan
weather is getting cold so i hope i could fight myself get up in the morning, take shower and walk to my gym :)
