Finally done my first week with marathon-- i could do 3 miles running with minus 5 minutes warm up in 47 minutes
that isn't bad for first week,right?
so pround of myself--
again!
my laptop shot so i have to stop doing my p90x again or do that in the living room until i got my portable dvd
oh well-- maybe rightnow i just go to gym and do my marathon :)
