Okay i took this article from remedy winter 2010
im just too lazy and try to orgazing things so i try to put everything in blog so i don't have to keep all the magazine
so it will be couple blog that i will took from this magazine,but i will mention that i took it from so i won't have any problem with the company or whatever -is that call patents?
oh well...

your action plan for a happy, healthy season
- make a small change --use one small pharmacy for all your meds to prevent negative interactions
- winterize your car -- get your ride inspected now 9batteries,brakes, fluids) a pack a blankets,snacks and water
- drink filtered water
- try some soup for a cold-free winter
- save money -- instead of rushing to the doctor's office with a ordinary sore throat, save time and up to $100 by treating it with rest and fluids.
- if you have asthma, get a flu shot!
- beat stress -- when pressure gets up to you, breath in slow thrugh your nose then exhale through your mouth
- no excuse -start walking!
- volunteer - break out a winter funk by helping someone less fortunate.
my personal winter health goal
this season, i plan to improve my health by
- try not to get too much stress from julie - she is number 1 source of my stress
- exercise at least 6 days a week
- do some volunteer at least once a week
- have breakfast and also make for julie as well
- sleep at least 8 hours a day
- drink plenty of water
- cook more food to eat at home then go out eating
- take good care of my car and put survival kits in both of them -just in case!
- take care of my income and expenses in daily book
- write my mom letter at least once a month
- keep my word!
yeah! i will try (if i remember to let myself know how i did)
