Jillian Michaels' super-simple tips for losing weight

I keep have a lady comment me that why am i keep trying to loose weight when i ain't that skinny?
I am seriously have no idea what to tell her
i mean i know that im not too fat like others that obviously need to loose weight
but again if they are so comfortable in their own skin
why bother?

i am kinda comfortable in my own skin
i am actually hate to go to gym
hate to drive 15 min to spend 2 hours at gym
hate that i have to limit my food portion
hate that i have to go do some moved in front of people

but the more things that i hate are
hate that i can't wear my jeans/ my clothes and yes my favortie shirts
hate that i fail on stupid fit test for military
hate that i thought i can do push up,but actually i can't
hate that i still keep killing myself slowly by eating food that bad for me in long term
and yes! i hate that i love to eat more than exercise

so what can  i say?
nothing i can say though

still not i yet have no idea who she is-- heard her name million of time
but never really see what she does
anyway i assume she is professional diet trainer

here are her tips
calories in:
don't skip meals
don't drink calories -- water and tea
try baked or popped snack
order grilled or baked meals --- sauces, dressing, condiments on the side
go  meatless  ---2-3 times a week is a good start
avoid carbs at dinner --- go whole-grain during day,but skip them for dinner
get a calorie phone app --- i got 10 of them,but never use any -- bummer!

calories out:
push yourself ---outside
never rest ---don't stop moving
mix it up --same time-- faster + finish sooner
get on your feet
experiment ---once a month, try different work out

by the way i know this is nothing invloved in this,but i love avocado :)
