watch my niece in the morning -- oh well i think last night i went to bed around 4 am-- not good when you are trying to loose some weight and go to bed way too early :)
anyway hadn't eat anything all day -- i guess i just way too exciting with new song by Nelly
Just a dream
oh well went to gym late again ---
so i misses my bicep-tricep exercise
oh well i did my part okay today at least i shaked my buns ;0
so it was 45 mins , i must say with jd called so i missed just one song,but hey not a big deal
i mean i think it isnt a big deal
then i went for walk level 15 with 3.5-4.4 mph for 45 min
wasted my 473 calories and walked for 2.92 miles for distace climbed 1928 ft.
ave. heart beat 144-- not bad actually i must try my at 190,but oh well i blamed it in me because i haven't eat any big meal today and then i did couple legs thing 100 in +40 out
thinking about go to kick gym,but i changed my mind
