it's been about 4 days since i haven't hit the gym!!
not a bit exercise or take care of myself
instead i went to bed earlier that usual--
say 8-9-10 pm until last night that i went to bed at 1 am,but still i get up before 9 am and i felt good!!!
i went to do volunteer for habitat for humanity and i have no idea how many calories i lost,but i know it isn't much!!!
so thursday-- i had chicken biscuit for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch and i have chicken flatbread for dinner-- 8 am- 4 pm for do the siding
then friday -- i didn't have breakfast. lunch was apple, soup and piece of bread and dinner was salad with tuna -- 8 am - 4 pm with volunteering
saturday - breakfast -none, lunch -none dinner - subway and walked shopping for an hour---- don't count volunteering because those assholes and that's all i did all saturday
sunday-- eat none-stop so can't count-- was there at bufet-- walk maybe 4 hours plus shopping walk for 1 hour
monday- i went to target, got planner-- i think i will using it with food that i eat and p90x
also those exercise and my mood for those day...
today was hot and i wear long sleeves!
